TOS (Terms of Service)

Payment:

Payments are accepted through Cashapp and PayPal.I request that any transactions made be done through the same payment app/service for transparency.Full payment must be made before work begins.

Turnaround Time:

Expected completion time varies, but can range from 2 to 30 days depending on the complexity of the commission, as well as my health issues.I will provide updates on the commission’s progress, but please note that completion time may vary, and you may need to ask me for updates yourself.

Revisions:

You are allowed as many revisions as you want.Revisions that add to the commissioned artwork may result in an extra charge, depending on what was requested.Revisions that remove designs, visual character traits, props, etc. from the commissioned artwork will result in a 75% refund per each feature that was removed.

Ownership and Use:

You are free to use the commissioned artwork for personal use (e.g., profile pictures, non-commercial displays, etc.).You are not allowed to resell or use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without prior written consent.I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media and portfolios, unless you request otherwise.

Limitations:

I do not accept commissions for:

⚠️ I will not accept commissions involving ⚠️ explicit or harmful content.I do not currently accept NSFW (Not Safe For Work) commissions or extreme gore (e.g., missing body parts, exposed innards, etc.).

Cancellations and Refunds:

You may cancel your commission at any point for a full refund. However, I may refuse to refund you if the artwork is at least 75% completed.If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.I reserve the right to refuse or refund any commission before completion. In most cases, I will explain why.If I have not completed your art within 30 days, you may contact me for a full refund.

* “stealing” includes (but is not limited to) downloading any of my art without explicit written permission. WIP (Work In Progress) screenshots do not count.

Refund Policy:

You may receive a full refund if you cancel the commission before the sketch phase begins.If the artwork is in the sketch phase, you may request a full refund prior to completion.If the artwork is in the lineart or coloring stage, you may request a 50% refund prior to completion. If it is in the sketch stage (includes rough/“messy” lineart), you may request an 80% refund.I may refuse to refund you if the artwork is at least 75% completed.Refunds are not given once final files have been delivered.

Issues with Commission:

If the commission is significantly different from what was requested or if there’s an issue with the artwork (e.g. wrong character, incorrect details), please contact me within 14 days for a resolution, or to discuss a possible revision.If the commission was not sent to you after completion, please contact me as soon as possible.You may ask me to resend the file(s) at any time after completion, as soon as payment is complete.
